DLSA Standard Softball Warmup
Please keep in mind this is a warm up for practices and games and should not be confused with conditioning or performance training. While there may be an adaptation by many of the girls simply by implementing the warm up consistently, the primary objectives is to provide a heightened state of readiness for the athlete, reduce risk of injuries , and of course create camaraderie among teammates, and last to instill a healthy pattern of prepping prior to actual sport.
